Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. — The monthly report of the Inspector for the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to animals states that last month he had given eighteen cautions. The Committee has received a letter from Mr W. W. Collins, M.H.R., stating that he would support any proposals likely, to assist in preventing cruelty to animals.
