After taking out a portion of the coal cargo, the Waverley was floated off, and was brought up to the wharf at midnight. No damage has been sustained, and the boat leaves for Wellington to-day.
DUNEDIN, August 27.
The criminal calendar comprises fourteen cases against thirteen prisoners, including the Poinahaka murderer.
