The directors of the Huanui Oceana Company have accepted an offer to form a company on the following terms : — Capital .£150,000, purchasers to provide a working capital of .£20,000, present shareholders to receive 55,000' shares paid up and .£4500 in cash, shares and cash to be net, three months' time to be allowed for flotation, .£SOO to be deposited within a month. A cablegram has been received stating that the contract for the sale of the Waitai property has been signed in the terms already made public. A cablegram has been received stating that the sale of Edwin Norman's property has been completed. The capital of the company is ,£70,000. The property comprises eighty -nine acres adjoining the Jewel mine.
