[Per Press Association.] AUCKLAND, May- 19. The verdict of accidental death in the case of Frank O'Neill, whose body was found in a disused pass in the "Waihi Company's mine, was agreed to only by four of the jury: Two were not agreed, and the coroner was also dissatisfied with the verdict. He is now taking steps to have the matter placed before the Justice Department with a view to having a magisterial inquiry. Miss Watlrin, the missing daughter of '. the Kev W. J. Watkin, is reported as t having been seen in different country districts, but no reliance is placed on the statements.
