CANCELLATION OF A LICENSE.
In connection with the recent cancellation of the license of the Holmesdale Hotel, the Southland Times explains that there had been no previous convictions against Scott. There were three separate charges, and as each was deemed to be proved, each counted as a separate conviction, and the license had to be dealt with.
