PBESIDENT KRUGER'S TERMS. DR JAMESON'S SURRENDER. BOER DUPLICITY. [Special to Press Association.! LONDON, March 2. TWi Times says that President Kruger's conditions for granting, the franchise to the UitlanHers are that a treaty of commerce shall be substituted for the convention admitting the suzerainty of Great Britain, the inclusion of Swaziland in tbe Transvaal and the concession , of a prer emptive right over Kosie, in Delagoa Bay. The Times thinks that these demands are merely made to appease the Boers, and that really far less will he: accepted. It is said that the commander of the Boers, in writing, agreed to save the lives of Dr Jameson and his party conditionally . on an assurance being given that the expenses which the Boers were subjected to in stopping the expedition would be paid. President Kruger, it is said, by concealing the terms of surrender, deluded Sir Hercules Robinson to persuade the Uitlanders to yield in order to save tbe life of Dr Jameson. Captain" Coventry has arrived in London, and was not arrested.
