• [Special to Press Association.] CONSTANTINOPLE, March 2. Tlie fast of the Kamadan passed ofi uneventfully, Armenians being excluded from the streets. The Sultan, in proceeding through the streets, was specially protected. A thousand temporary arrests were made.
