Tuesday, March 3. (Before Mr E. R. Good, J.P., and Mr J. L. Wilson, J.P.) Affiliation.— Charles Vale appeared on remand from Christchurch to answer to an affiliation charge. Mr Johnson, for accused, asked for an extension of bail for a week, the case having been before the Court at its last sitting and adjourned for a fortnight. The bail offered was accused ,£SO, and his father, N. S. Vale, .£SO. - The Bench granted the application. Breach of Railway By-laws. — Albert Hedecke admitted a charge of having entered a train in motion at the Rangiora station on Feb. 14, and a fine of 5s with 7s costs was inflicted.
