LAND SETTLEMENT.
The Land and Survey Dapartment^ is arranging for the disposal of the following lands;— -Four runs in Hawke's Bay, containing 39,824 acres in the Mangahopai, Mohaka and Waitara districts, two of them forty-eight miles and two twenty-three miles from Wairoa j 4517 acres in the counties of Tuapeka, Maniototo, Bruce, Vincent and Clutha, on the optional system ; Southland county, Blook 1, Waikawa, 1190 acres, lease in perpetuity ; 97 sections in the town of Hector, .Southwest Nelson, averaging 1 rood each ; 99 sections, averaging 1 rood, in the town of Milnthorpe, Nelson; town of Buller, 99 sections, averaging 1 acre ; village of Clifton, Nelson, 43 sections, from 1 to 5 acres in area. ________________
