© [Per Press Association.] DUNEDIN, Feb. 29. The South '■ Dunedin Borough Council offered a £2000 loan to the public at 4£ per cent ,- £6000 was subscribed at from 4£ to 5 per cent. The loan was tak6n up in j one hand.
