THE VENEZUELAN BOUNDARY.
[Special to Press Association.] CAEACAS, Feb. 26. President Crespo insists that arbitration is the only mode of settlement of the boundary difficulty. He is willing to guarantee the English and German railway claims. Pee. 27, President Crespo says that the TJnited States is rendering powerful aid to the pacific solution of the quarrel with England.
