[Per Press Association.! DUNEDIN, Feb. 27. At the Police Court to-day a tram driver was fined 20s and costs for cruelly overdriving a horse up Princes Street hill, and the foreman of the tram stables and another driver were fined 50s and 20s respectively for working a horse with an open sore on the knee. Robert Milligan, of Oamaru, was fined 20s and costs for neglecting to stamp or mark a box of milled butter with the words " New Zealand milled butter." Two other charges under the Dairy Industry Act against the same defendant were withdrawn. ' ■
