[Special to Pbess Association.] BRISBANE, Feb. 27. Heavy rains have fallen on the watersheds of the Brisbane, Mary and Burnett rivers, which are all in flood. There have been heavy floods in the north, and the railways have been interfered with. * An accident happened to the mail train on the Springsure line. The gangers found the line in a dangerous state, and signalled the driver to,-stop, but owing to the rain he did not see the signal. The train ran off the rails, but no one was hurt.
