A MASS MEETING. [Special to Press Association.] PERTH, Feb. 28. ~ At ;A mag's meeting of citizens to consider the biock in the business' of the Post and- Telegraphic, and Railway services, speeches " strongly condemnatory,, of the Ministerial heads of departments were delivered. It was resolved that the railways should be placed under an efficient Minister, as the present one had signally failed in administration; and that the Post and Telegraphic Departments should be placed under a person of ordinary business ability. A deputation was appointed to- present the resolutions to the Premier. If his answer is not satisfactory, the Governor will be petitioned to call Parliament together to deal with the matter.
