COLONIAL RELATIONS. [Special to Pbess Association.] * LONDON. Feb. 26. Mr Balfour's proposal respecting the limit of discussion in Committee-of-Supply in the House of Commons has proved acceptable to the members. Earl Selborne, Under-Secretary ot the Colonial Office, speaking at Bilston, near Wolverhampton, said the continuation of the relations with the colonies meant bread and butter to the commercial and industrial classes*, and a -.reat development of phe resources of the colonies. A. stronger colonial navy, he thought, was imperative.
