Dr Jameson will probably appear at Bow Street. The troopers declare that the inhabitants of the Rand formed proti- j sion depots along the route to be taken by Dr Jameson's expedition, on the pretence that ihese preparations were for a" mail service. PRETORIA, Feb. 24: The Volhstein, the organ of the Transvaal Government, declarers that the Government cabled to Dr Jameson to advance in the name of the Reformers. This forged telegram reached the doctor the same day as the Uitlanders' letter; [Note.— This message is given as received, but what Government is referred to is not clear.] ' ■ ; PRETORIA, Feb. 25. Labourers are being engaged from .the Congo to work in the urinea at the Transvaal. -
