Monday, Feb. 24. (Before Mr J. L. Wilson, J.P., and the . Mayor. Civil Case. — Nastraur v. Bowron, chum £2 16s 6d, alleged to be- due as wages. This case was heard last Monday, when plaintiff was nonsuited to allow her to produce fresh evidence. After hearing a lot of witnesses the Bench gave judgment for defendant.
