IN DIVORCE.
JOWERS V. JOWERS AND ANOTHER. Mr Papprill, for the petitioner, the husband, obtained an order making the decree nisi herein absolute. [Per Pbess Association.! GISBOBNE, Feb. 24. The Supreme Court session commenced this morning, there being charges of horse stealing, rape, assault, sheep stealing and forgery against five natives, and one charge of perjury against an ex-constable. The Grand Jury found a true bill in the latter case.
