The monthly meeting of this Board was held on Feb. 6; present— Messrs K. B. Holdsworth (chairman), ' T. H. Evans, J. Mathers, J. Banks and D. Dick. Accounts amounting to £ll(J 13s 2d were passed for payment. The receipts since last meeting were reported to have been £34, 6s Bd. The tender of W. Davis was accepted for contract No. 128. The tender for No. 129 was considered to be too high. The Clerk was authorised to get the work done if the cost was notmore'than the sum voted. Correspondence was read and dealt with, the Clerk's report was read and considered, several matters were ordered to be attended to, and the meeting terminated.
