The Premier, referring to water conservation, said that the matter was having careful consideration, but in such an. immense undertaking they could easily throw away large sums without practical result. It was, therefore, intended to take advantage of the best advice obtainable in. the world, and he hoped before long to obtain the services of Wo experts from.
