HAWERA, Feb. 13. It was windy and rain threatened for the second day's racing of the Egmont Raoing Club's Summer Meeting. The attendance, however, was again large. The jockeys who rode during the day wore crape on their arms out of respect to Hammond, who ■was killed when Anita fell in ttfe Cup.
