m [Per Press Association.} NAPIEE, Feb. 13. At the Supreme Court Alexander Waller was acquitted on the charge of sheep stealing at Waipawa. Eobert White, breaking and entering, was sentenced to three years. Timini Tewhato, a similar offence, two years. Hugh Shickey, robbery from • the, person, three years. Frederick Annear and George Castle, .forgery, five and three years respectively. Charles Howel and,Edw_trd Gibson, theftj two years and eighteen months respectively. The charges against Jlenry Brooks ; of. stealing wool at Makatoku are proceeding.
