It was alleged that Constable Cruiokshankß went tp put a man in possession of Harnetfs premises, and that while there the warrant mysteriously ■ disap. peared. Harnett swore that he never ea,w the warrant after it was shown to him by the constable, andthe magistrate dismissed the charge.
