ME WRAGGE'S WARNING. [Special to Pkess Association.J j BRISBANE, Feb. 12. I It is raining heavily again, and the I Brisbane and Gympie Rivers are rising J rapidly. Mr Wragge has issued a warning of probable floods equal in severity to , those'of 1887. SYDNEY, Feb. 12. The heavy monsoonal rains and storms lately experienced in Queensland have ex- ', tended to the western districts of New [ South Wales. Two inches fell at Bourke ! in less than an hour, and altogether five inches were recorded. The lower streets were flooded. There was a similar fall all along the border. There were a number of wash-outs on the railway lines, and traffic was greatly impeded.
