[Special to Pkess Association.] SYDNEY, Jan. 14. The Monowai's crew refused to sign on, excepting at an advance of .£1 per month. The Seamen's Union is. picketing, and .using every endeavour to induce the new crew which joined the Monowai to become members' of the Union.
