The Licensing Act. — At the Christchurch Magistrate's Court yesterday before Mr. E. Beetham, S.M., J. E. Ingle, licensee of the Central Hotel, was charged with halving committed breaches of the Licehdy ing Act by selling intoxicating liquor after' the ' hour ' of closing, on Dec. 28; * and |on Sunday, Dec. 29.
