Boss Show.— The committee of the Canterbury Eose Society met last evening and made final arrangements for their ' firet annual show on Friday. The exhi- j bition promisea to be a great success, and all the leading growera will lie well repre- j seated. . As will be seen from an advertisement appearing in another column, an excellent musical programme has been i arranged both for the afternoon and evening; and the ' lady members of the Society will dispense strawberries and cream and other refreshments.
