Ths Lyceum.— A musical entertainment will be given at the Lyceum to-morrow. It includes vocal And instrumental items. Oegan EEOiTAL.—There waa a good attendance at the Cathedral last night, when Mr G. F. Tendall gave the second of his organ recitals" in aid of the fund for paying' for the renovation' of the organ! Mr Tendall played in his accustomed artistic and tasteful manner. Guillemant's Fourth Sonata was admirably rendered. Tvyo of Mendelsffoiin's' "Songs Without Words," Nos« 9 and 18, were splendidly played, the essential differences of the conlpositions being finely set forth. Mendelsohn's "Wedding March" an 4 Dudley ißu'ck'a lovely idyll "At Eventide '* were equally well given, the introduction of the vox humana Btop in the latter being most effective. Beethoven's " Funeral March for the Death of a Hero" was powerfully played, and Handel's "Largo" waß given with great artistio facility of execution. Mr A. Millar, who was in good voice, sang Hadyn's fine air, "Rolling in Foaming Billoms," Mundels-.-o'lr/.i uvj:s!in' (■•?>•; "Lord God of j Abraham," and Gounod's ?' Nazareth " j I admirably.
