LATER DETAILS. [feom our own cobbbspondint.J WELLINGTON, August 27. I learn thnt it has been resolved that the bank's capital, which is practically extinguished, shall be created anew to the amount of one million sterling, one half to be contributed by the Government and the other half to ba taken from the million guaranteed loan held m liquid securities,, the Government to have an additional member on the bank directory. The Board of Realisation will probably consist of three mtmbera, two appointed by theGovernment and one by the bank. The period for which the bank profits shall be at the disposal of Government to cover possible loss in the realisation of the Estates Company's assets has been extended from five to ten years.
