I • 1 PINED £5. At the Kaiapoi Magistrate's Court, this morning, before Mr H. S. Wardell, S.M., and Mr Ot. H. Blackwell, J.P., Henry Smith, of the Belfast Hotel, was charged with having, on July 23, supplied whisky to Hugh Henry, who was at the time a prohibited person. After evidence had been heard at considerable length, the accused was fined £5 and costs, and his license was endorsed.
