BRUSSELS, Jult 29. A hundred thousand delegates, representing the whole of Belgium, assembled in the capital to consider the education question. The meeting was condncted in an orderly and impressive manner. Resolutions were passed protesting against yielding the control of education to the priests, and demanding that it be made national and compulsory.
