A Royal Arch Chapter of Druids was held this morning for the purpose of opening tbe Royal Arch Chapter No, 1, under the District Grand Lodge of the North Island. Bro Mackay (Wellington) opened the Chapter, after whioh some f orty mem. bers took the degrees, and bffioers were elected.
