LONDON, June 13. The decision of the directors of the Mount Lyell Company in regard to the iasue of debentures has been postponed, pending the receipt of an important letter from Melbourne. %

An application fo? an injunction to prevent the eale of the Broken Hill Central Mine was partly heard to-day. Counsel for the directors of the Company showed that it was only proposed to Bell the sulphides, deposits of kaolin and oxydised ore remaining the property of the Company. He also pointed out that the directors had power to sell without consulting the shareholders.
