Thursday. This morning there was a very heavy frost.' It was a good gallop, and though they were not ridden out the time was only Imin 47*3ec. St John did a usefultaak well; Vogengang and St Louia ran a fast six furlongs. A lot of horses were 'merely exercising, A forfeit for the Northern Champagne Stakeß will be due to-day. Acceptances for the Easter Handicap and Autumn Steoplechasp, and nominations for various minor events to be decided at the Auckland Racing Club'a Autumn Meeting, close to-day. Beware 33seo was omitted from the handicap published ; yesterday for the Amateur Handioap Trot at ihe Lancaster Park Amateur Trotting Club's ensuing meeting.
