I The case arising out of the alleged I forgery of tramway tickets was before the [ Court this morning, when three lads, i William Woolcott, ex-tram guard, James [ Ferkins and John Bolland, printers, were ; oharged with conspiracy to defraud Mr j Hall, the lesßee of the City Tramways. The Bench of Justices said there was no , doubt that a great wrong had been in- j flicted on . Mr Hall, but although the j j accused were under a cloud the evidence 1 was not sufficient to send them for trial on t a charge of conspiracy. A charge of forgery against the accused will be heard : on Tuesday. I DUNE DIN, April 5. ' George Bertram, charged with wife desertion at Christchurch, haa been .; arrested in Dunedio, and remanded to Christchurch to appear there on Monday.
