[Per Press Association.] DUNEDIN, Nov. 23.

Mr A. Lee Smith, who represented the colony at the Canadian Conference, waa entertained at a " social " ab Green Island laßt evening. Keplying to the toast of his health, Mr Smith said, he would not anticipate his report to the Government.
