DiflOßESiNa Lawful Commands.— John Osborne and James Darby, firemen belonging to the Bteamer Tongariro, pleaded guilty to a charge of disobeying lawful commands. They were ordered to pay expenses and to be put on board theit steamer. f Special to the " Ssab."] ASHBURTON, Oct. 18. In the Magistrate's Court, Ashbnrton, to-day, judgment was given in all the cases for the plaintiffs against the County Council heard last Court day. Leave to appeal was granted in the cases M'Keague and Ward, but disallowed in the oases of the deputy returning officers.
