Thft twenty-eighth annual general meeting of this club waa hold last evening, at the boat-house, Mr F. D. Ke3teven, the captaittjjn the chair. .. The report and balance-sheet were read and adopted. The election of officers resulted as follows : — President, Mr G. Gould ; vicepreßidenta, Mtssra A. Loughrey, E. H. Bho(?eB Bed H. Thomson ; captain, Mr P. D. Ke3taven; deputy-captain, Me W. G. Atack j* honorary secretary, Mr S. L. Partridge ; honorary troasurer, Mr G. H. i Cooper; coramit'ee, Mestrs 0, Allard, A. I Allttn, A. Cradidock, F. E. Ryman, J. S. j HoTTfill, D. Lse and G. H. Maaon ; auditore, Mossrs C. J. Atkinson and W. G. Eobertßj delegates to tbo Now Zealand Eowing Association, Mesare F. D. Kestoven and jb 1 . E. Hyman. Mr G. H. Mason moved, Mr Craddpck seconded, and ib waa carried — "That the resignations of Messrs W. E. Mills and L. W. Bourke be acoeptad with regret, and tbiß meeting wishes to place on record its appreciation of the valuable services rendered by them to the club." On the motion of Mr Kesteven, it was decided — " That this meeting recommends to the New Zealand Eovying Association the advinability of holdiuft iho championship regatta permanently at Pietori." Meßsra Asquitb, Hardiog and Morrison were appointed a sub-comm«'t(;ee to devise a new system for the reserving of boats. It was decided that a motion should be proposed at tha annual meeting of the Chrißtchurch Ke^atta Club~"That tho j present levy of Is pjr head on all memborß | of Rowing Clubs in Christuhurch be dis- > continued." ! The annual getoral meeting of members o£ the Youug Men's Christian Asaociation Kowiug Club will ba hold on Wedneßday at 7.30 p.u.
