Ifc was decided to invite tenders for forming part of tbo Sefton Swamp Road, re-forming aud shingling patt of the road leading from the Terraco Road to the North Read at Leithfield, and building a concrete bridge on the Sefton Road. Messrs J, B.yef, E. A. Hawley, J. Parker atd W. Brydon waited on the Board and asked if it would contribute towards thecest of constructing protective works opposite the parsonage on the south side of the Kowai, as if _on_e_hiug "were not done a part of the township of Leithfield would be liable to b 9 flooded.
