Stambuloff, the deposed Premier of Bulgaria, has had an interview with a representative of the Frankfurter Zeitung, at which he made some remarkable statements. He declared that Prince Ferdinand would not be allowed to sacrifice Bulgaria to Russia merely to gratify personal vanity. He further declared that tbe Bussian Government had offered him five million roubles to depose Prince Ferdinand, but he had declined, as he preferred to be hanged in Bulgaria, to living in Bub. ia. A Young Idiot. M. S.ambouloff told an interviewer that Prince Ferdinand thinks chiefly of court uniforms and ceremonial observances. His Eussophile policy will be fatal to Bulgaria.
