OBITUARY.

J. E. Greville. [Special to Pbkss Association.] SYDNEY, Apeil 30. Mr Greville, the well-known comedian, is dead. [Mr J. K. Greville was one of the oldest actors on the colonial stage. He was an Irishman and made his first appearance on the Victorian stage in 1852, at the old Queen's Theatre in Melbourne. During his career he ncted with Ot. V. Brooke, Joseph Jeffeisoa (to whose Asa Trenohard he played Dundrearj), Sir William Don, Julia Matfch-wa, Hattie Shepherd, and other celebrities. Mr Greville visited Christchurch in 1891 as manager of Mr J. C. Williamson's Juvenile Comic Opera Company.]
