[Spscial to Pities Association.] MELBOUBNE, Maboh 22. The floaxmillers have decided to attack freedom of oontraot, make the mills nonUnion, and only employ free labour. ADELAIDE, Maboh 23. The paatoralists wish to amend the old agreement with the Shearers* Union by inserting a provision vesting full powers ia the employer or agent to deoide all dia* putes nnder the rules endorsed npon the agreement. They also seek to zeduoe the rates of shearing by 8s in the northern districts and 5a and 6a in the Fort Liftooln distriot. The Shearers' Executive at its meeting deoided against the proposal, whioh will be shortly submitted to the exeontive of the Australian Shearers' Union.
