Three Girls Drowned.. I [Special to Pbebs Association.] SYDNEY, Maboh 24. Three girls, Bisters, named Yeomans, were drowned yesterday in theMacqnarie River, near Bathurst, in view of hundreds of people. They attempted to cross the river in a trap, bnt the horse got out of its depth, and the occupants were thrown into the water. A man named M'Credie, who attempted to rescue them, narrowly escaped drowning, as the children tenaciously nhing to his neck.

A verdiot of accidental death waß retnrned. , Owing to the horses bolting Mr and Mrs i W. Pellew were thrown from a buggy yesterday and very muoh hurt. 1 DUNEDIN, March 24. Jamea Henry Bromley, eleven yeara old, was drowned while bathing in the Poinahaka river, near Tapanui.
