At a meeting o£ unsecured debenture holders in the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency, it was decided not to appoint a separate committee. Eesolutions were passed expressing confidence in the creditors committee, and approval of the reconstruction scheme. The Union Bank has issued the Oity of Sydney loan of £300,000, at 4 per cent, at par. Tenders close on Feb. 8. The Peninsular and Oriental Company has decided not to reduce the i freight on butter. ! Nelson Bros, have declared a further dividend of 2 per cent. ADELAIDE, Feb. 3. The South Australian Register estimates the wheat yield at 14042,000 bushels, an averaga of eight bushels par acre. j
