Breach op the Education Act.— Patrick O'Connell, a case against whom had been allowed to stand over from a former Bitting, to give him an opportunity of sending his children to school, stated, in answer to the Bench, that all his boys, who were of age, were attending now. The Resident Magistrate said that he waa glad to hear this, and he hoped that for the sake of the children they would be kept there, or else, if the parent was brought before him on a future occasion for this offence, he (the Resident Magistrate) would feel compelled to enforce the compulsory clause.
