• [Per Press Association.! WELLINGTON, Dec 4. News comes from Baratonga that the ' chiefs there are tired of the unicameral system of Government, and want to set up a nominated Upper House and an elective Lower Chamber. A dispatch is said to be on its way to the Governor.
