(Son Secretary j/ Dr Thomas, Messrs B. Macdonald, Postl&thwaite, A. Barker, Bigg-nbotbatu, E. T. Rhodes, G. P. Wood, Denuiaton, Lindsay, Mee, JEernohan, Simmon 8 and F. S. Rutherford. The Secretary rend a statement of accounts, lowing tbat £25 was required to eqnare the receipts and expenditure for the year, and that subscriptions in the room and outstanding would meet that requirement. Satisfaction was expressed at the financial condition of the Club. were also- promised to enable the hounds to be kept up for a short time until final arrangements could be made for the coming year. Certain circumstances existed which prevented a decision regarding those arrangements being come to at the present meeting, and it was decided to adjourn for a fortnight. A hearty vote of thanks was given tj Mr F. S. Rutherford for his liberality in placing his Glengummel kennels, stabling, &c, at the disposal of tbe Club, beßide3 giving a handsome subscription.
For the Dunedin Slake3 at the Spring Meeting of the Dunedin Jockey Club, further payment has baen made for twenty-two horses.
