A Sensational Murder Lieutenant Windsor Hamborough was found shot at Ardmammont, near Inverary. His host, with whom he was staying, Alfred Maston, was arrested on suspicion. He is interested in the succession of deceased's estates. The murder has caused some sensation in Scotland. Lieutenant Hamborough was a wealthy American. His life was heavily insured, and the policy assigned to Maston. Death was caused by a gunshot wound. The New Hebrides. Sir E. Grey, Under- Secretary for Foreign Affairs, replying to a question in the House of Commons, said that Government possessed no evidence that France was contemplating the annexation of the New Hebrides. She would be unable to do before the present convention expired. The English Parliament.
