Trains Delayed. [Pun Piiess Association.] WANGANUI, August 22. Tbe incoming trains tbis mornin*?, from north and south were delayed owing to slips, tbe former near Kai-iwi, and the latter at Fordell, A gang of linemen has gone out to remove tbe obstructions. The rain during the paßt twenty-four honra haa been particularly heavy, over 1-J inches having been registered.
