Justice, St Barbe and Moltke galloped onoe round at top, and Awarua Bose was sweated over four miles at a serviceable, pace. Melusina galloped twice round, and Betina half that distance at a good striding pace, while Mutiny and Waterbury covered rather more than two miles fast. Speoton negotiated a mile and a half at three-quarter pace, while The Idler was accompanied by Jos Sedley in a fast gallop once round. ' Tiritea was associated with ' Gondolier, and the pair galloped twice round at a strong pace ; and' Unity and Jack accomplished similar exerciße. Empire, after travelling once round steadily, covered another fast; and Olarenoe had Bebel as a companion in a strong gallop over rather more than two miles and a half j while Jaffa and Badical worked strongly over a similar distance. Boseguard galloped twice round at a strong pace, finishing at topj LordHopetonn aud Boyal covered half that distanoe fast, and Vogeggang and Shelah, after striding once round at a fair pace, were joined by Balquither, and the three galloped a mile and a half fast, after which Balquither Cantered once round. Wild Fire covered two rounds ateadilv, ahd Despised three rounds, finishing fast. Bobin accomplished steady work, and Kapua, after covering two rounds steadily, galloped another circuit at top. Folly negotiated two round? at three-quarter pace, Erin-gp-Bragh, a similar diatapoe fast, and Yictrix and Clanranald, after covering ope round steadily, went on for another fast.
